Trainee lawyer Sara Marini

Sara Marini, graduated at Roma Tre University of Rome in 2022 with a dissertation in Criminal
Law general part titled “Downgrading from willful misconduct to conscious negligence in current jurisprudence”.

Trainee Marini is a member of the Trainee Register of the Bar Association of Rome since October 2022. She joined the Zaccagnini Law Firm in October 2022.

She also carries out the training internship ex art. 73 D.l June 21, 2013, n. 69 at the Court of
Appeal of Rome I criminal section.
